Tucson Medical Center is committed to creating a safe environment for those with celiac disease, wheat allergies or gluten intolerance issues. In 2013, they adopted new procedures to ensure the safety of those who are gluten free. One of the many steps they have taken is incorporating Gluten Free Labels products into their back kitchen. For example, these new safety procedures include dedicated cutting boards, knives, microwave, toaster, fridge and labeling system. Our labels and tags are used throughout their dedicated areas. We are thrilled to be a part of Tucson’s Medical’s Center’s commitment for those on a gluten free diet.
