Gluten Free Labels Launches Amazon Alexa Skill for Gluten Free Ingredients & Foods
Gluten Free Labels today announced the launch of a new skill for the Amazon Alexa service, helping those who are gluten free or caterer to the gluten free community, interact with Alexa-enabled devices such as the Amazon Echo and Echo Dot to quickly get answers about ingredients and whether they can add them to a gluten free meal or not. The Gluten Free Labels skill for Alexa offers a voice-activated method to simply ask if certain ingredients are gluten free and it provides other features such as the ability to ask more general questions about a gluten free diet, the types of people who would eat gluten free and cross contamination.
